Great coffee maker
For a little K cup maker this thing does a lot. I have owned previous Keruig single cup Brewers and ended up getting rid of them. You can select three different cups sizes to brew, and it holds 3 8 ounce cups of water. Love it and would recommend it.

Cheap looking
This is the 2nd one I bought (same brand) different color because gray didn’t go well so I got white. I thought I was purchasing the same exact pot only in white, but that wasn’t the case. Same brand buy different. The plate where you rest your cup was metal on the last pot. This one is white plastic. It just appeared cheaper all the way around with smaller reservoir also. Cheaper look than the last one. The other was a hot cold. This is just a hot. Oh well live and learn

Makes a good cup of hot coffee
Little bit of a learning curve but not hard to use. Pretty good instructions. Good compact side (doesn’t make up much room on the counter). The white naturally gets dirty quickly & easily but it’s fairly easy to clean/wipe off. I love the size of the water tank, so I don’t have to refill each & every time I make a cup of coffee. I really appreciate the 4 refillable k-cup filters – easy to use. Makes a good hot cup of coffee & I really like the large 14oz setting for my travel cup. A bit expensive for being made out of so much cheap plastic but so far so good – I recommend.

Simple kpod one cup coffee maker with no bells and whistles
We have a Kpod coffee maker at work so I figured I’d try getting one at home. This is good for what it is but I also normally drink instant coffee drinker and I’ll probably just go back to that. Because you still have to clean this thing out a little if you follow the directions. I know most people probably don’t regularly clean it but I did every time and I am just not awake enough in the morning to want to fuss with it.I tried this with a few different pods and I found it better than the machine we have at work. The pod you get makes a big difference and I found some fancy ones. That said…it’s still not really worth the effort in my opinion. Like I enjoy a nice cup of coffee and can tell the difference when I get something from a nice coffee shop but this is just not worth the effort. From my reading on reddit it seems this is inherently just how kpod coffee machines work. The beans are sealed but they are old and the water is just not quite hot enough. You’re also running hot water over plastic. Personally I can kind of taste that vs my instant coffee from a metal can stirred into my glass cup.But enough about kpod machines in general. Let me talk about this one in particular. It is a slim design but can easily make a few large cups of coffee. I know people usually just fill up the tank and don’t think about it during the week and I think you could reasonably do that a few days. But because it’s slim it’s great for kitchens where you just don’t have a lot of room.The white color isn’t really my favorite. I’m being a nitpicky person here but it’s this particular shade of off white that I think looks kind of dingy. Other than that the design looks nice and modern. Just keep in mind it’s not stark white if that matters to you.Buttons are a little annoying, tap them repeatedly like you’re on a 90s flip phone but it’s fine, it’s simple enough to use just feels like you should be able to press on the cup size instead of toggling through them. I ran a cup of clean water every time before doing my actual coffee, and it takes time of course but it’s worth it because even after washing it every single time it was still brewing brown. So I’m guessing some grounds get in there somehow.It comes with some options to use freshly ground beans or tea instead so I might take advantage of that once I run out of kpods. You get multiple of these filters so it’s also the more eco friendly option. I had seen compostable kpods and bought those but now that I am using them I see that they can only compost in a composting facility so the reusable filters are still undoubtedly better for the environment.I can fit a glass tumbler under the spout easily so it can do taller cups.Overall it’s a good one for what it is, just not for me.
