Awesome portable speaker
I recently lost my JBL Flip 6 that I had been using for over 2 years. I loved the Flip so my first thought was to just replace it with the same one or the newer version. But I couldn’t believe they were still selling the 6 for the same price I had bought it for over 2 years ago so started looking around. Technically, due to the weight and size, this is more of an alternative to the JBL Charge series. However, I got it for less money than what the Flip costs at the time of this writing, so…Feature wise it seems to be a big improvement. The sound quality is great, especially after adjusting the EQ settings based on some I got online. That helps a lot. Gets very loud. The app connected right away and was very easy to use to adjust the settings. I downloaded the firmware update I had read about beforehand which helps with a bass distortion issue out of the box, so you’ll want to do that as well.I love the fact that it is not only waterproof but actually floats too. The LED lights are a very nice touch. My favorite feature of all though is the added strap. That makes such a difference in feeling like you can easily grab it and carry it wherever, which is what you tend to do with these small speakers. It does seem rugged and like it can handle the outdoors and can easily fit in bags to take wherever I’m going.One potential downside vs the flip is that that speaker sits at something like a 45 degree angle, so when you set it on the ground it’s sort of angled up at you. Whereas this one is a normal rectangle shape, so you have to point the speaker directly horizontal or facing up. I don’t think it’s a big deal though, it still sounded good to me in different orientations.So overall, I think this was the right decision for me. As much as I loved the JBL, it seems like they have been resting on their laurels and charging the same price, while this speaker adds a bunch of great features and kind of takes the category to the next level.

Im really impressed and a little disappointed with this speaker. Itâs pretty nice. It feels super sturdy! The battery Life could be better honestly. The mAh is less than in an iPhone 15pro battery, I have tons of their speakers and love this company, but I donât understand that decision they made with this speaker. Itâs advertised as an outdoor speaker in the last thing you wanna do is run out of battery outdoors. A bigger battery is my only big complaint really. The sound quality is good itâs pretty clean out the box but you do have to make a custom EQ to get it super clean cuz out the box itâs a little to warm and muddy, the bass is pretty good now to Iâm not gonna lie when I first got the speaker I was extremely disappointed because it had no low end bass, but as of a week or so ago, they made an update which fixed that! So I have to edit my review because now it sounds pretty good! The LED lights are really cool, Theyâre honestly my favorite part of this speaker. I do also think itâs a bit overpriced at $139 but they are having a discount where you can get $45 off which I did get so it was $95 and I think that should be around the price of the speaker without a deal maybe $110 I do enjoy this speaker I only have a few complaints mainly the battery now but I would recommend getting it especially on sale.

I needed a small speaker to carry with me while I work, this sounds incredible, connects easy and looks amazing. It is lightweight and easily connects to my devices.

Surprising features. Good sound quality.
I bought a 2nd one for my bro so he can use it at work & not have to worry about it getting wet or dropped. Plus the emergency siren could help on jobsites….I bought this because I have 4 other Soundcore Bluetooth speakers. I was sent a coupon for $45 off & I figured why not. We’ll, I’ll give it a solid 4 stars easily for the sound. Features, fit, finish & button layout get a 5/5!The sound is good. Comparing it to the other Soundcore speakers I have makes it clear, it doesn’t sound as good. If your expecting amazing sound & beach fun blasting levels, your gonna be let down. If I’m listening to rock music, it sounds good. As the volume goes up, bass kind of drops off. Is what it is. But it’s weird, if I put on some crazy trap bass heavy music, it can hit surprisingly well. But only if you have bass heavy rap or the equivalent. The features this speaker has between the emergency sirens & unfortunately, the voice record which I can only hope protestors don’t use lol, to the noises it makes & the light show are pretty sweet. Features get a 5 out of 5. Speaker sound gets a solid 4 out of 5. Battery life, verdict is still out. I had it in a work truck blasting. Maybe 1/2 volume. I got a day out of it. But it wasn’t on 8hrs straight. Seemed like I had maybe 1/4 battery life left. Good enough for me.

Gute Box im kompakten Format. Guter Klang vor allem nach Equalizer Anpassung. Box ist definitiv etwas grober vom sound her. Auch die Lautstärke Regelung im leisen Bereich ist etwas grob. Aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Preis Leistung stimmen hier definitiv. Ansonsten super von der Bedienung als auch App und Connectivität.

Absolutely incredible! The sound quality, depth and tone is amazing and quite astonishing at this price point. Definitely need to use the custom eq in the app, but Iâm really quite wowâd by the quality of the sound for the size and price. Piece of cake to pair via Bluetooth, and I have other soundcore products so already had the app. Donât delay, buy today! This is going to be perfect for our garden, holidays, beach days, camping, anywhere!

Soundcore BOOM 3i â Meine ehrliche MeinungIch war anfangs skeptisch, ob mir die BOOM 3i optisch gefallen würde, aber ich habe mich sofort in das Design verliebt! Auf Bildern kommt gar nicht rüber, wie hochwertig und schön die Box in Wirklichkeit aussieht.Zum Vergleich habe ich auch den groÃen Bruder â die BOOM 2 PLUS. Klar, der Sound der 3i ist nicht ganz so mächtig wie bei der 2 PLUS, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Lautsprechern in dieser GröÃe spielt die 3i meiner Meinung nach deutlich besser. Bis ca. 40â50 % Lautstärke liefert sie einen richtig klaren Klang und einen erstaunlich kräftigen Bass â für so eine kleine Box wirklich beeindruckend!Ich habe die BOOM 3i ursprünglich für den Urlaub gekauft, aber inzwischen nutze ich sie überall. Besonders cool finde ich die starken LED-Lichter und die App-Funktionen. Das Feature, den Lautsprecher mit speziellen Tönen von Sand oder Wasser zu befreien, ist einfach genial â MEGA!**Empfehlung:*** Für Outdoor-Aktivitäten (SUP, Urlaub, Kinderzimmer) ist die BOOM 3i eine hervorragende Wahl.* Wer allerdings eine Haupt-Lautsprecherbox sucht, sollte meiner Meinung nach lieber 30 ⬠mehr ausgeben und zur BOOM 2 PLUS greifen.
