One of the best tools in my kitchen
Iâve had the UltraChop All-In-1 for almost a month now, and it has quickly become one of the best tools in my kitchen. It saves me so much time and makes meal prep so much more efficient. For example, I can cut, dice, and store an entire bag of peppers into freezer bags in under 20 minutes, something that used to take me much longer by hand.The mandoline feature is a game-changer too. I can slice thin, crispy potatoes for the air fryer, and Iâve even used it to shred potatoes for homemade hash browns with ease. Every blade Iâve tried so far has worked beautifully, and the variety of options makes it versatile for so many recipes.I was scared at first for its quality but I can say that if feels sturdy and strong.

Better Than All My Previous Chopper/Mandolin Purchases by Far.
Boy was this a great purchase. The blades are sharp as all get out. Plus there’s a lot of them, so you can do a ton of different things with it, great utility there. It’s fast, especially for cutting up potatoes which just slide right through. I haven’t had it long enough to talk about it’s durability, but if I don’t edit this review with an update you can assume it’s durable and built to last. The pieces easily pop into and out of the lock in points, with the larger ones actually having multiple lock points so they don’t slip out, pop out, or fall out. I would say its easy to use for the most part, though the spiralizer is a bit of a pain in the butt to get used to, and I dont like the little switch buttons placed inside of it cause they move easy, and I have had the stuff being spiralized move them over to the off or on setting.
