Smooth Switching Between PC and DeX â That Remote Button Is a Game-Changer
I picked this up to switch between my TV-connected computer and my phone running DeX, and Iâm genuinely impressed. As someone who installs KVMs professionally and works in IT, Iâve used everything from basic manual switches to enterprise-grade setups â and this little unit just works.Setup was plug-and-play easy (though Iâll admit, Iâve probably got an unfair advantage there). I had it up and running in under five minutes, no fuss. It handles both HDMI and USB switching flawlessly, which is crucial for my setup.The star of the show? The remote input switch button. Great Dual Monitor KVM for Work + Gaming
Iâm using this to connect my laptop and PS5 to the same dual-monitor setup with one keyboard and mouse. Setup was easyâjust plug in the HDMI and USB cables. The video quality is excellent, both devices run at 4K 60Hz without flicker or lag. USB ports handle my keyboard, mouse, and external drive with no issues, and switching between devices is fast with the button or controller. Reliable and Easy kvm switch
Iâve been using this KVM switch for a few weeks now to toggle between my personal and work laptops, both connected to a single monitor, keyboard, and mouse. For the price, it does exactly what I need without a lot of hassle. Setup was simple. It comes with two USB 3.0 cables and a wired switch button, which is a nice touch. You plug in the HDMI and USB connections for both computers, then connect your peripherals and monitor to the KVM. No drivers or software are needed. Just plug everything in and it works.Switching between machines takes about two or three seconds. There is a small delay, but it is consistent and has not caused any problems. I like that there is a physical remote button I can place on my desk instead of having to reach for the unit itself. It makes switching quick and convenient. The video output has been clear at 4K resolution, and USB performance has been solid with no issues. One thing to note is that if one computer goes to sleep, switching back to it may require you to wake it manually. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Using with PC and Mac Mini
Knee replacement surgery has me working from home for about 6 weeks. I have a PC setup but my work computer is a mac mini. Hooked it up and it worked like a champ. HDMI out of mac to input 1, HDMI out of PC to input 2 on KVM switch. Enclosed USB cables go from Mac to input 1 and PC to input 2. You will need an additional HDMI cable to go from KVM out to your monitor. Keyboard and mouse plug into the USB ports using usb cable or dongle. My only issue is the “remote” is not working so I have to push the button on the front of the switch to change computers, not a problem for me. I would give 5 stars if remote had worked.

Perfect, does what it should
This thing is great. I love the metal case, and the fact that it does not require a separate power supply which is how all of them should be given they are plugged into at least one USB port. I have had no problems with EDID despite what some reviews have mentioned. I’m switching between an older Windows 7 laptop and a modern Windows 11 laptop and the the video is always unaffected. I only hear the sound effect because the mouse and keyboard is disconnected/connected but that’s expected. Otherwise, totally seamless. The external button is one piece of silicone except for most of the bottom. It has a nice solid tactile feel and is a little grippy on my desk surface. It appears to use a standard stereo 3.5mm male-male cable so one should be able to get any off the shelf replacement if you want it longer.Totally satisfied.
