TV ok. Remote bad.
Picture quality good. Sound âokâ. User interface is ok. Remote⦠abysmal. The âuniversalâ remote you can purchase separately from other sellers⦠also abysmal. Tech is decades old, and you have to be standing directly in front of the eye for either to work at all.

Sound issue
Picture is great! Set up was easy! Sound…I have an issue. How can a brand new tv have blown speakers? I have tried using all combinations in the audio settings with no improvement. It has the sound of speaking through a kazoo.
