Easy Install, works great too!
This lock has been one of the better smart locks that we have used! It was super easy to install and easy to register the fingerprints too! It may be a little deceptive seeing the picture of the smartphone (which got me too…). You can use the app with Bluetooth to register and unlock/lock, but in order to use it remotely, you need a TTLock compatible gateway. Once you have one of those, you can use it with Google/Alexa and the app away from your home!
A solve to ur problems! –
Lasted half a year
Worked great while it did. For about 6 months then I guess the heat made something stop working because now only the key works. Not the app not the fingerprint or the PIN code. Glad I waiting to purchase one for my other door. Will look into another product as I donât see any warranty for this one.

Takes a litle getting used to, after old lock and key, but we like it.
Once we had the hole drilled out in our old door for this, it didn’t take too long to install. Programming was a little tricky, at first, only because we’re not used to programming a lock! Had to read the instructions a couple times to find the right phone app, but once it was downloaded, it wasn’t too hard to set up. Need to remember to set the time on the automatic lock feature. It was set low, so it was awkward when I stepped outside to get something from the car and had to put the code in again. Normally not a big deal, but awkward if you have stuff in your hands. We like that it announces that the door is locked, or alerts on the phone that someone has opened the door. Another plus is having options, of using the code, fingerprint, the keycards, or an actual key if you forget the code or the batteries are low. Re the batteries. I tested them in our simple tester before installing them, and the app showed an actual percentage of charge in them!

Great smart lock!
It looks and feels more like a smartphone than a door handle. Instructions were decent, installation was fine and easy, and programming was a breeze. The fingerprint sensor actually works, the backup passcode is great, and the little center-cut keys that slip into the end of the lever are slick. This has made daily life legitimately better. 100% recommended.

misleading product description leads to major flaw
Despite the product title and description saying so, this smart wifi door handles does NOT have built-in wifi; you must purchase the wireless gateway separately. If they had been honest in the description, this would easily be a 4 or 5 star item. The lock installs easily; the instructions are well written, and all the installation hardware is labeled and sorted. they even include multiple options for installation, a feature lacking in most peer items. the application (sadly, proprietary) is ok, with some minor issues, but overall, the setup wasn’t too bad. the choice to have a magnetic cover for the keyhole is a bit awkward..it falls off easily, and is another thing to try and keep track of when using a physical key.

Really nice biometric lock. Works perfectly. Was pretty easy to install and once I got it up and running it makes controlling access to my room a breeze. The scanner hasn’t failed to recognize my fingerprint yet and even if it did, the touch pad is very sensitive.

There are several door screw options as well as detailed instructions to make an easy installation.Important: You must download the tt-lock app and create an online account to setup the key-less lock options.In the tt-lock app (see screenshot) one sets up fingerprint access, password access, key fob access, and app access. Besides, there are two mechanical keys included, this is great in case the batteries fail (4 AA batteries, not included). The keyhole is hidden behind a magnetic tab (see image).Please note that for remote door opening by WiFi, you will need to get a proprietary gateway that is not included, discounted a star for this detail.In conclusion, this is a quality smart door lock. Fingerprint recognition is precise and fast, fob’s work great and the TT-lock app has many features as well as detailed access logs. Recommended product.
