More than meets my business needs! Speed, screen size, camera and microphone…I LOVE IT!
I absolutely HAD to get a new computer! My old one was 8 yrs old and cost more than $3000! I could NOT afford that price this time but wanted certain feature to meet my work and personal choice needs. I wanted a large screen as my eyes are getting OLDER!! I wanted lightweight, as I travel a lot. I wanted large storage, fast processor, great camera and microphone as I do many video calls! I spent hours researching; reading reviews, comparing the other models and brands and finally settled on this computer. The price was great and it responses quickly between my computer and my second monitor. The processor allows me to upload and download images and videos for my marketing.I could not be happier with this computer…especially when it took me ALL DAY before to create a marketing piece! My IT person told me I would not be able to get ANYTHING under $1000 that would do what I needed. GUESS WHAT…I DID!

Nice computer, but…
Love the size. Took me a few moments to realize the start button is on the keyboard, not on the side!It’s a good computer but relies too heavily on the “cloud” and AI, which I am not happy with.I was disappointed that the keyboard is not lit. That is going to be a problem for me.Until I can either correct or delete some of the programs – to make it feel less invasive to me – it will do for the moment.If you are definitely into the “cloud” as well as AI programs, you will love this computer!

I bought this laptop and out of the box the HDMI port and all USB ports would not work properly.HDMI could not project onto connected monitor (tried different monitors and cables that worked for other laptops and nothing) and it could not read any USB flash drive or wireless mouse and keyboard.I called HP to address this issue and because the secondary supplier (this seller) made modifications it was not under their warranty.Because that was not clear at the time of purchase I decided to return the computer rather than get it replaced. All told, they took more than $200 from me for a faulty computer that they screwed up by enhancing it and voiding the manufacturer’s warranty.And to boot, I bought the protection with it. That didn’t protect me from this malfeasance either.Do not buy from secondary suppliers that hide their personal upgrades to the computer, it voids the warranty and they get you with a restocking fee. Buyer beware.I wish I could give a 0 review, because this deserves it. I would NOT recommend you buying this or any modified laptop on Amazon.
