Windows 10 Pro, a great machine, runs all the games and productivity tools I need to run with no issues. Has plenty of storage and speed. So far no complaints.

Waste of money – can’t update to Win 11
SCAM — the Processor doesn’t meet requirements to update to Windows 11. They are offloading these PCs at a “great price” because they will become obsolete after October 2025 and the more they sell then the less they will lose for junk.

X cellent Value
I love renewed products and I love waiting several generations to buy an upgrade. Saving the money is totally worth it. This computer is lightning fast and runs all the games that I wanna run with no issues whatsoever, and I saved a heck of a lot of money being patient. Very impressive for the price.

A fire deal that might have caused an actual fire.
So I found this great deal on a pc. Ordered one, it got delivered. When powered on it shot smoke out the back. I ordered a replacement. The 2nd pc did the same thing. I unplugged the led light controller and everything works fine. Just remember to unplug the led controller from the power supply.

Perfect for my wife
She loves it; the colours, the settings. All of it. It can run Infinite Warfare (CoD) at 60 fps and many games smoothly. It’s not noisy and the quality is great. As for the durability, it’s been good so far, fir about a month. The connectivity is good. She’s been wanting a gaming PC for years and I wanted to get her one, so we set aside a small amount from our wedding last month and ordered it. She had much fun setting it up, downloading and playing games. I personally do highly recommend this as it can run SOME high end games. If you prefer anything 30+ fps or anything above 15, this is the pc for you.

Well pleased even after some minor issues
First Iâd like to say that yes, we did have a couple issues when we set this up on Christmas Day for our daughter. I had read the reviews and noticed some had said their PC smoked upon initial startup, so did ours. It turned out to be one of the LEDâs, wire probably got pinched during installation or shipping, not a big deal in my eyes as the PC still worked just fine after the smoke cleared, literally lol. The other issue was that after a couple days it started having an issue getting stuck on the HP boot screen when starting up. Customer service responded to my message in less than 24 hours with detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to troubleshoot and fix the issue, which actually ended up being a bad update from windows and not a problem with the PC at all. I have already recommended this to a buddy looking for a PC and will recommend to others as well!

Top is detached as if they were in a rush to ship
It came to me with the top detached. With the loose, the inner components are exposed. It is a little slow, but I’ve seen worse. I do like the large hard drive. Everything seems to work. It was easy to set up.

No gasten su dinero. Es la tercera vez que intento comprar una PC y todas han venido defectuosas. Dio imagen al principio y de momento dejó de darla. Se probó con otro cable HDMI, se reinició, se probó el monitor en otra PC para descartar que fuera el momitor, etc y nadaaaa.
