Mostly great, required maintenance for full use
This is fantastic for the price, but I am pretty computer literate and would have run into problems if I wasn’t. I love that you can upgrade the ram and storage for very reasonable costs, it has plenty of power for most users (might leave hardcore gamers lacking), but perfectly adequate for office work, streaming and light gaming (even multitasking across screens). I LOVE the built on ports and that the hub I run it with provides power, external display, storage and mouse dongle all through just one of the two USB-C ports making this great for around-the-house mobility. Screen is good, keyboard size and layout is good for me as on office worker without adjusting my fingers for weird condensed keyboards like some.Those problems I mentioned early: the fingerprint reader didn’t work at first, Bluetooth kept resetting, and WiFi still kept resetting. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall a new driver for the fingerprint reader, same for Bluetooth. I tried that with the Wi-Fi but the WiFi kept degrading at first. The WiFi is good now; I think the WiFi thing was a Windows 11 bug that’s been worked out in updates.The seller also reached out to me to ensure that everything was still in working order and offer any help if needed afterword. Everything is working great and I’m confident that they could help someone through any problems if someone else needed it.

Well designed business laptop
Overall Well made laptop. Excellent keyboard. Fan was so quiet for the first week I bought it I thought it didn’t work. The brightness of the screen is ok However if you’re using it in a very bright environment you may not be satisfied. 60 Hertz refresh rate is fine for business but this is not a gaming laptop. Outstanding connectivity plenty of ports including an Ethernet port built in. Overall I’d rate it 8 1/2 out of 10

2nd handed and defective product
The product delivered is 2nd handed with warranty left less than 10 months (confirmed by Lenovo online), previous registration country in KE. Much worse is the notebook is defective. Amazon CS is inaccessible, no email, no online chat, no call to HK, no support of courrier for the return. Only promise to shoulder US$20 when the quotation locally is more than US$140. I am stuck on not knowing what I can do now. What a pity
