A must have for Pilates
I have used all different kinds of resistance bands to enhance several different workout programs. I have used the tube style resistance bands with handles, resistance loops, made both with cloth and elastic material or just plain latex loops.I was really surprised at how much easier these straps are to use. In order to do certain Pilates moves, I tried substituting my loops or tube style bands. Bad idea! That’s a good way to get snapped in the face at a high velocity.What I like the most about these bands is that they offer three different resistance levels in one pack, and even if you choose to say, use the lightest resistant band, if you grasp the band closer to your foot when you’re pulling back, you add resistance without needing to get up and change bands.I recommend starting with the light or medium resistance bands, and keeping both beside your mat while doing the routine.They seem extremely well made. I like to keep my Pilates equipment clean by spraying it with a vinegar and water mixture. I was able to clean these with a soft cloth and let them air dry without any problem. I hope to be using these for a long time.They also come with a really nice nylon bag, so I can roll them up and store them.The colors are vibrant, and you can easily tell which is which. They go according to the color spectrum: the lightest shade of purple is the lightest resistance level; the darkest shade of purple is the strongest resistance.They are long, so you can always loosen your grip for lighter resistance if you have knee or shoulder issues.

Easy too used
Sturdy and well-made and I can tell theyâre going to be a great addition to my home workout routine! I originally got them to help my husband stretch out his tight shoulder, but heâs too lazy to actually use them. Oh well, canât say I didnât try. But Iâve been using the bands myself and I like how versatile they are! You can use them for everything from calisthenics to mobility work, theyâre pretty great.

Nice durable bands
These are my favorite bands to use. They seem durable as I havenât broken one yet. I ordered the 4.9 size as Iâm only 5 ft tall. Good resistance . I needed to order some extras as Iâve loaned my extras to other people in my class.

I haven’t tried these yet, but they look like they will be easy to use and do what their designed for. I especially like the different levels of resistance and how portable they are. I ordered the purple since it’s my favorite color and will inspire me to use them.

Great set, Know this about the resistance level:
I recently started doing physical therapy again and needed new bands because my old ones have been sitting around for too long and were snapping really easily. This set has worked great so far.â ï¸ Just keep in mind that the lowest strength band in this set is still stronger than what the usual ‘thin’ band may be, in my experience. As in it’s the lowest level in the pack but it’s still got a pretty decent amount of resistance. It’s worked great for me and where I’m at, but if you’re looking to totally start from scratch for something you may want to find something thinner and more beginner friendly.

These bands are very strong and easy to use. I love that the level of resistance is labled on the band itself. It starts out with 5 pounds of resistance and goes to15 pounds of resistance. I am able to get a good workout in every day.It is like having a Gym in a bag and comes with a small booklet of exercises you can do.I would recommend these resistance bands.
